We are excited to announce the return of PFT Striker School.

 

The program provides players with the opportunity to be coached by former professional strikers to learn, develop and improve all aspects of their attacking position & gaining confidence in the art of goal scoring

 

Dates Wednesday 6th August to 10th September (6 sessions)
Venue St Johns Wood Playing Fields, Mt Claremont
Time 4.45pm to 5.45pm
Cost $199 for 6-week program

 

The Striker School will teach:-

 

  • Ball Striking Techniques
  • Striking Power & Timing
  • Foot and Body Position when striking the ball
  • Decision Making in front of Goal
  • First Touch great, so second touch can be a strike at goal
  • Awareness and Pitch Geography
  • Visualisation
  • Striker Runs (forward, curved etc)
  • Attacking Scenarios

 

The program will be led by:

  • Barry Wood (former professional player in Ireland and Scotland)
  • Pieter Jacobsz (2024 WANPL Men’s Gold Medal Winner & NPL Top Goalscorer)
